The flat has 44 m2 plus a nice 20m2 west oriented terrace, has a nice layout and everything what you need for everyday's life. You just need to arrive :)

Via the deep windows of your work corner you can appreciate the view into the green garden, and of course enjoy the quietness of a back-sided garden. In general, the house has only four flats and is a very quiet place to stay.

After a day working you will enjoy staying on the arm chair in front of the flat TV or reading a book on the terrace. If you need to work at home a bit to prepare for the next day, you'll find a proper desk and chair to work. The high speed cable internet will leave you all possibilities to connect to your server or relax on the internet.
