The flat:
The small, cozy and comfortably furnished 1 - room flat is approx. 31 sqm big. The flat constists a of a combined living- and sleeping area, and has a small kitchen and a small toilet/bathroom. The flat is laid with an easy to maintain carpet floor.
The flat is equipped with a small couch, a dining table, an ancient wardrobe and buffet cabinet. The sleeping area is equipped with a bed (140x200), with 2 drawers and a medium-firm foam mattress. A flat screen TV with cable connection is also available.
The entrance area has a hairdressing make-up or writing desk with mirror, two built-in cupboards that offer plenty of space for laundry and other items. Further it has a housekeeping champer which offers space for the vacum cleaner and the ironing board.
The bathroom has a small storage cupboard, towel holder, a bathtub, as well as a washbasin with a mirror and a shelf space. The small kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and an electric stove with four hot plates. Various kitchen utensils as well as toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, tea towels are available. Location:
The apartment is located in an apartment house in a quiet side street in Hamburg-Wandsbek. The house is conveniently located and there are several good transport options: It is only a few minutes by car to the motorway junction, so that you have good connections, to the north with directions to Lübeck and the Baltic Sea area via the A1, or towards the south through the A7 to Hanover and even through the A24 towards Berlin.
Several bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and make it possible to reach the city centre in about 20 minutes by public transport. Also the shopping center "Quarree" at Wandsbek Markt is easily accessible by public transport and only five minutes away by bus.
The possibility to reach the city centre by bicycle is also very nice; you can choose a very convenient and beautiful route along the Wandse through many green spaces and parks.

Surroundings:
Wandsbek is an overall green district which has several parks, such as the close by Eichtalpark. From there you can go for nice walks through a green belt and reach the Außenalster. Only a 3 minute walk from the flat, you will find a large REWE supermarket, and a pharmacy. In the direct neighbourhood, several restaurants invite you to enjoy the evening.
