💼 Booking Details and Terms:
Maximum bookings of 3 months are accepted, with different contracts crafted monthly to accommodate the landlord's AL license.
Secure your reservation with a 30% upfront payment, with the remaining 70% due up to 7 days before check-in.
Rates are based on a stay for up to 2 guests, with an extra €100.00/month charge for 3 to 4 guests utilising additional bedroom.
(For stays with 2 guests, you will only have access to the room with the double bed, the second room with the bunk bed will be locked)
If you wish to raise the temperature in the accommodation from 19oC to 20o, simply contact the host and they will make the change remotely without any additional cost.
If you wish to raise the temperature in the accommodation from 20oC to 21o, simply contact the host and they will make the change remotely, with a surcharge of 50.00€ per month.
If you wish to raise the temperature in the accommodation from 21oC to 22o, simply contact the host and they will make the change remotely, with an additional €100.00 per month.
(To guarantee the capacity of the switchboard, the temperature in the housing cannot be raised above 22oC)
