This is the place for your unique Lisbon experience in the heart of the city. Enjoy the beautiful view while sitting at the large terrace and get to the famous see sights within several minutes. The apartment is located in the historical Graça area next to the Miradouro de Santa Graça viewpoint.

There is a parking spot in the condo for this apartment. The gate is right before the building entrance. Please get inside the apartment and grab the controller that is attached to the keys, then press buttons to open the gate, go two floors down and find the spot R/C B. It’s right in front of the ramp.

This amazing apartment has plenty of light and space for every guest. Enjoy its elegant design, natural materials and modern amenities. The property has been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, has an air conditioner and is suitable for a short or long stay. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace and a free parking spot in the building. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Linen and towels provided.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa with bright red pillows and a flat screen TV. The sliding glass door leads to a large terrace where you can have your meal al fresco and enjoy warm Lisbon weather. The elegant dining area with a wooden table can seat up to 6 guests. The spacious wooden kitchen has all the modern amenities including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove with an oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The apartment has two double bedrooms each with a comfortable queen-size bed and large built-in wardrobe. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Linen and towels are provided alongside a hairdryer.
