All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is around 60.-€.
The apartment is located next to the Plaza Mayor, with a supermarket in the same building. Subway stations are: Latina, Tirso de Molina and Sol.
Electricity and water is 40.-€ each month to be paid along with the rent. In summer is higher because of the air conditioning.
Cleaning service for kitchen, bathrooms and living room included once a week.
For the room reservation you have to pay the first month with roomlessrent and also directly to the owner a two months deposit (1.180.-€) + sign the contract, if you don´t pay to the owner the two months securdeposit and sign the contract, the apartment cannot be rented even if you have paid the first month through roomlessrent. The two months deposit will be returned when you leave if you haven´t caused any damage.
