The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of the Antarès residence and is arranged as follows:- Bedroom with a double bed- Living room with triple bunk beds, a trundle bed in the bottom drawer, and a sofa/pull-out beds (forming a choice of 1 double bed or 2 single beds)- Super equipped kitchen- Bathroom with bath/shower- A toilet- A balcony with a limited view (see photos)This 34m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, but I advise you to stay there with a MAXIMUM of 4 if you want to keep a minimum of personal space.OTHER NOTES1. Deposit of €300 to be secured BEFORE your arrival.A deposit of €300 must be secured by credit card before your arrival, via the specialized Swikly service.The procedure is simple: you will receive an email with a link to follow, 7 days before your arrival.The amount of €300 is not debited from your card, nor even blocked. This is a simple verification that you have this amount in your bank account.Swikly takes a €6.78 service fee, which is your responsibility. Despite these costs, Swikly remains much preferable to a deposit deposited in cash, or even taken on a credit card.2. Inventory of entry and exitTo facilitate your arrival and departure, the entry and exit inventory is done by you, using text and/or photos. - Apartment located in the 4-star Antarès residence, one of the most recent and comfortable in Risoul 1850.- Arrival and departure are done independently. The keys to your apartment are located in an electronic code box right in front of your residence. You can therefore arrive at the time you want, from 5 p.m.- Residence located 5 minutes from the resort center. Out of season, the shops and restaurants are a priori all closed. Just do your shopping in the valley before going up to Risoul and you will be independent.- Swimming pool and Sauna: open only during the winter and summer seasons (see the Tourist Office website for exact dates).- 3 elevators.- Parking: no specific parking at the residence but many free spaces in the immediate vicinity, along the road which winds and leads to Antarès. Or paid covered parking in the center of the resort.- Numerous possibilities for hiking and cultural visits in the region.
