The apartment is conveniently located near the UNO and Donaucity. The tramway and bus are just a few minutes' walk away. The Old Danube with its great restaurants and bathing opportunities is just a 15-minute walk away and you can be in the city in 20 minutes by public transport. There are various shops and restaurants within walking distance and the Donauzentrum shopping center is only two stops away.
The apartment (47m2) is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a new building from 2024 and the upscale furnishings leave nothing to be desired. In the living room there is a 1.60m box spring sofa with sleeping facilities for two people and a Smart TV with more than 60 channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, four-plate stove, oven, microwave) and a dining area. The bedroom impresses with a 1.80 m box-spring bed, a large wardrobe and a workstation. The bathroom has a bathtub with rain shower and its own washing machine, the WC is separate. There is also a balcony facing the garden (south-west) with dining facilities. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can be completely darkened with external shutters.

Underfloor heating provides warmth in all rooms. We offer our guests fiber optic internet, streaming TV, a well-stocked international bookshelf, towels, bed linen, coffee/tea and toiletries. We are happy to provide a baby crib and high chair on request. The apartment is suitable for short term rental as well as for a long stay as an expat. The apartment is pet and smoke-free (centrally monitored fire alarm system), smoking is permitted on the balcony.
