Room for rent with double bed. The apartment has 6 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large living room with two terraces, one exterior and one interior. Kitchen with 3 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. The building has central heating, concierge and garbage removal at the door of the house. It is located near the metro stations of line 10 (Cuzco) and line 1 (Plaza de Castilla / Tetuán) and different buses. It has nearby different shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, gyms. It is a central but quiet area. The rental price includes all bills. (Electricity, Natural gas, Central heating, Water, 1G fiber optic Internet and cleaning of common areas once a week)

🔑 Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid.
🕑Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days)
🕑 Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80€. (It's not possible to check-in after 22:00h)
🧽 One-time cleaning fee at the end of the contract: 40€
