If you select a check out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.

Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a warm carpet, a desk and chair. Of course, pillows, bedsheets and small items such as a bed-side table and a small lamp are always included. Depending on your needs, you can choose a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
More than an apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy house. You will find a total of 3 bathrooms in the flat as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is next to the living room, along with the dining space.
The apartment is located right in front of the Fado museum, which brings out amazing views for the daily morning coffee. Its also in close proximity to the Lisbon city center with direct access to metro, trains, busses and boats. The apartment marks the perfect start point to start your new adventure in the beautiful city of Lisbon.
Alfama is a delightful maze of narrow cobbled streets and ancient houses, which lead up the steep hill from the Tejo Estuary to the Castelo de Sao Jorge. Contained within this diverse and charismatic district are many of Lisbons most important historic buildings, including the Se Cathedral, the Castelo de Sao Jorge, the Panteao Nacional and the Igreja de Santo António.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

More information about flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
WE DO NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday and Sunday).
