The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house, located in a quiet, residential area of ​​Sintra.
Ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs.

- Bedrooms
The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and central heating, which open onto the small balcony (one of the bedrooms has a spacious walk-in closet). The third bedroom, in the attic, has a single bed that can be converted into two (as it is an attic, the ceilings are low).

- Living room
The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, TV, central heating and dining table for 6, is flooded with natural light through its large windows.

- Bathrooms
The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower only and the other with a bathtub.

- Kitchen
Large, bright kitchen, equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included).

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Construction works are taking place in the building, Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 19:00, with no timetable for completion.
