Weekly community meetings are held to plan activities, share feelings, and foster a sense of responsibility among residents for maintaining shared areas.

Our rural house combines new and old elements, constructed with sustainability in mind. Accommodation includes private rooms with ensuite bathrooms in the Villa, restored to preserve the original frescos and materials from the early 1900s.

We provide reliable satellite-based internet connection through Starlink, with a backup FWA 5G connection, ensuring a seamless online experience. The average download speed is 200 Mbps, and the upload speed is 20 Mbps. Two coworking rooms are available 24/7, each equipped with workstations.
