Moderno e luminoso appartamento con due camere da letto, due bagni e un terrazzo, sito al terzo piano di un nuovo edificio (con ascensore) costruito nel 2006 e posizionato nelle vicinanze della fermata della metropolitana Romolo

Questo delizioso appartamento di 95 mq si apre direttamente su un luminoso soggiorno dotato di pavimento in parquet e arredato con un comodo divano letto, un tavolino, una TV 42” e un’area pranzo con tavolo per 4 persone. Il soggiorno dà accesso a un terrazzo affacciato su Via Cassala e alla cucina separata e abitabile completamente equipaggiata e dotata di tavolo per 4 persone, una lavastoviglie, un forno tradizionale e un microonde.
Un corridoio conduce alla zona notte, che include una camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera singola, entrambe dotate di pavimenti in parquet e di accesso al terrazzo. In questa parte dell’appartamento si trovano anche due bagni, uno con doccia e lavatrice e l’altro con vasca.

Very bright and modern two bedroom two bathroom apartment with terrace, located on the fourth floor of a new building (with elevator) built in 2006, in the close vicinity of the Romolo metro station.

This charming 95 sq.mt. apartment opens up directly onto a bright living room fitted with parquet flooring and furnished with a comfortable sleeping sofa, a coffee table, a 42” TV and a dining area with a table for 4 people. The living opens out onto a terrace overlooking Via Cassala, and leads to a fully equipped separate eat-in kitchen, fitted with all necessities including a table for 4 people, a dishwasher, a microwave and a traditional oven.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, comprising a master bedroom and a single bedroom, both fitted with parquet flooring and with access to the terrace. The two bathrooms are also in this part of the house, one fitted with a stall shower and washing machine and the other with bathtub.
The apartement is equipped with an air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The bedrooms face the street but not directly on the street (there is a court which leads to the gate which opens on the street); the glass pane windows are modern and it is silent. There are no bars or restaurants INSIDE the building (in any of our apartments) but the neighbourhood has plenty of bars.
