• The house is a shoe free zone. Guest slippers are provided
• Please keep the common areas tidy and dispose of trash properly
• Clean up after using the kitchen and wash dishes
• Smoking areas are in the garden or front of the house
• Overnight guests are not permitted
CHECKING OUT: Any cleaning needed beyond the standard cleaning may incur a £70.00 excess cleaning fee
KEYS: Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a £50 replacement fee
