This chic two-bedroom loft apartment is up for grabs in the upscale Champs-Élysées district of Paris. Housed in a classic Haussmann building located on the first French floor without an elevator, this 90m2 luxury rental boasts a ton of space, complete amenities, and lots of natural light. It's the quintessential Parisian luxury apartment.The living and dining areas are spread out into one huge room, allowing easy access to both, not to mention getting to enjoy a bigger space when you entertain guests. The living area has a grand fireplace, two leather couches for seating, and a flat-screen TV. Meanwhile, the dining area fits in a long dining table that can seat up to 8 people at a time. And the kitchen, on the other hand, is in its own separate room complete with the necessary appliances and equipment.As a loft apartment, it also has room for two bedrooms. The first one is in its own separate room on the first floor. It's big enough to fit in two solo beds (or one queen-sized bed when rearranged) at once, receives ample natural light, and has a great view through the window. It makes for a suitable guest room or even a children's room for a family.The primary bedroom of the apartment is in the mezzanine and takes up that whole space. Complete with a queen-sized bed, its own separate bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a big window that takes in lots of natural light, it's the perfect sleeping space for the loft. It has blackout curtains for privacy and better sleep.We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months.Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate.
