Sie hat eine gemütliche Küche, welche mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist (Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck).
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Wifi ist in der Wohnung selbstverständlich vorhanden.
Die Küche und das Bad mit WC werden mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern geteilt.

* Stromverbrauch ist mit 50 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 50 kWh in den Mietpreis inkludiert.
Bei einer Überschreitung der Verbrauchsgrenze für Heizung, Wasser und Strom führt, steht dem Vermieter eine Nachzahlung zu. Der Vermieter erstellt dazu eine Abrechnung zu den im Mietvertrag festgelegten Stückkosten.

Wir sind Mitglied der Creditreform und können Ihre Bonität prüfen oder im Falle der Nichtzahlung Inkasso einschalten.

This student flat-sharing community is has 2 separate rooms. The room s are ca. 14-16 m2 in size.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items (oven, electric kettle, fridge, kitchenware).
In each room there is a working table and a chair, open wardrobe and a bed, as well as some book shelves.

WiFi is available in the apartment.
Washing machine is available.

The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by three persons in total.

* Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 50 kWh units are included in the rent.
If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment. For this purpose, the landlord shall issue a bill based on the unit costs specified in the rental agreement.
