we are away for a while and would like to rent out our flat. We have a convenient private parking spot for you in the garage for a normal sized car.
It is an elegant and new building: you'll have a nice outside balcony (south and sunny), a bed room with a comfortable bed, living room with TV and netflix and disney, fast wifi, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, bath tub, and 2 toilets, and a small room for washer and dryer.
