Furnishing:
Cozy open living/dining area with modern furnishings, large couch and TV (Google Chromecast available). Google Chromecast can be used to stream via Netflix or Amazone Prime, for example.
Please note:
A contract for private television is not included and would have to be concluded by yourself.
The living/dining area leads to the fully equipped modern fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, stove (induction), oven and large fridge with separate freezer. All electrical appliances are from Indesit/AEG. Coffee machine (filter), kettle, kitchen scales, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. are plentiful. A soda stream with matching glass bottles is available.
The modernized daylight bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, toilet and towels. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Iron with ironing board are also available.
The very spacious bedroom has a double bed 180x200 cm and a large wardrobe. Duvets and linens are provided. The bedroom can be completely darkened due to the shutters.
An oasis of relaxation can be found on your own terrace. With approx. 30 m2 it's very spacious. Equipped with a garden lounge and its own barbecue area, it invites you to linger. Half of the terrace is covered, so it can also be used while rainy days without any problems.
The windows are fitted with shutters throughout the apartment.
Vicinity:
Cologne/Bonn Airport can be reached in 7 minutes by car. We are in the immediate vicinity of the A59 motorway junction and you can reach the A4 and A3 in just a few minutes by car.
The bus stop (line 160 Humboltstraße) is across the street. Here you have connections to the S-Bahn (S12, S19), Regio (RE8+9) and KVB line 7, with a direct connection to the Deutz trade fair (Regio 7 min.), the Cologne city center (KVB 20min) and Siegburg/Bonn (Regio 11 minutes).
Kindergartens and schools, as well as REWE, ALDI, LIDL, BAUHAUS, doctors, beauticians, banks, restaurants, bakeries, sports facilities etc. are easily accessible by foot or by public transport. A pharmacy is in the immediate vicinity.
Restaurant Tips:
The incredibly delicious Restaurant Trendis is only 3 minutes away. Here you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in a stylish ambience. Equally delicious is the Italian restaurant Imperial, which can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. As a greeting from the kitchen delicious olives and dips will be served.
The way to the nature is not far either. The "Wahner Heide" and the "Königsforst" invite you to take a relaxing break from everyday life. The Rhine can be reached by foot in just 15 minutes. The Mediterana in Bensberg, with a wonderful sauna area and much more, is only 12 km away.
