"Feel at home" is not only our name but also our program.A comfortably furnished bedroom with a spacious 1.80 m bed and a high-quality EMMA mattress awaits you. In the living room you will find the 1.60 m sofa bed, which offers super-comfortable sitting or lying comfort both as a sofa and as a bed, as it is equipped with high-quality mattresses.For relaxing evenings, we have installed a 55-inch Smart TV on which you can let off steam in waipuTV and watch all your favorite PayTV channels and numerous movies and series. Of course, you can also log in to Netflix or other apps.The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything your heart desires. A stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, scales, pots, pans and much, much more are waiting to be used. If something is missing, don't hesitate to let us know! :-)To start the day perfectly, a Nespresso capsule machine (the usual capsules which you get in every supermarket or discounter) awaits you.The jewel of the apartment is our cozy sunny-side-of-life terrace + garden with lawn.An additional rental agreement must be signed if dogs are brought along.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only. Access is keyless, which means you don't have to worry about keys and can check in very flexibly. However, if you would prefer to have a physical key, we will of course bring it to you when you move in. I don't live in the house, but I can be contacted at any time and can come by personally at short notice if you have any questions.If you are missing anything in the apartment, please let me know.When you book, you will also receive our digital guest folder, which contains information such as where to eat out, how far away the e-charging stations are, important contact points (doctor, pharmacy, etc.) and much moreThe apartment is cleaned once every two weeks at no extra charge, the beds are freshly made and the towels are changed.
