Situato al quinto piano, senza ascensore - 86 facili scalini, di un palazzo collocato in via del Castellaccio: una stradina che si affaccia su piazza Brunelleschi. A soli 10/15 minuti a piedi si trovano tutti i monumenti più importanti, tra cui il Duomo, Pontevecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, gli Uffizi, il Bargello, la Galleria dell’Accademia e tanti altri monumenti tutti da scoprire.

Appartamento con 1 camera da letto in stile antico su due livelli (68 mq). Può ospitare fino a 4 persone ed ha una camera e un bagno. Si accede alla casa entrando nel salotto, su cui si affaccia il soppalco, che è provvisto di TV LCD, due divani e una sala da pranzo. Dal salotto si arriva in cucina (ben attrezzata e funzionale) mentre sul lato opposto si trova il bagno (con vasca) e la camera da letto matrimoniale (larghezza materasso 160cm); tutto questo è inserito in un'atmosfera medievale e molto singolare. Questo spettacolare appartamento può accogliere 4 persone poiché è dotato di due letti singoli sul soppalco (entrambi larghi 90cm). Infine si trova un terrazzino, con accesso dal soppalco, in cui si può passare un piacevole pomeriggio a guardare una bellissima Firenze al tramonto. Da questo terrazzo è possibile vedere anche l'università di musica Atheneum.

The apartment is on the fifth floor (have to climb 86 easy steps reach the apartment) on via del Castellaccio: a charming Medieval street that overlooks piazza Brunelleschi. Outside the building you will find many shops, bars and restaurants as well as the main cultural attractions.

One-bedroom apartment in antique style on two levels (68 sq.mt / 731 sq.ft). It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is accessed by entering the living room, on which the loft upstairs overlooks, which is equipped with two sofas and a dining room. From the living room you reach the kitchen (well equipped and functional) while on the opposite side of the living room there is the bathroom (with bathtub) and the bedroom (double bed - mattress width 160cm); all this is inserted in a medieval and very unique atmosphere. This spectacular apartment can accommodate up to 4 people as it is equipped with two single beds on the loft (both 90cm wide). Finally there is a small terrace, with access from the loft, where you can spend a pleasant afternoon watching a beautiful sunset in Florence. From this terrace it is also possible to see the Atheneum music university.
