This wonderful villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside of Cortona, an ideal destination for those who want to spend a holiday surrounded by nature, away from the hectic pace of everyday life but with all the comforts. The villa is entirely surrounded by a large and lush garden in which the swimming pool (4 x 8 meters with Roman steps, min: 1 mt, max: 1.80 meters, partially fenced) lies, equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas to ensure relaxation to its guests and perfectly exposed to the sun throughout the day. The property also offers the opportunity to walk and admire the lush natural landscape with meadows and paths immersed in the colours and scents of the Tuscan countryside.

The accommodation is the result of a careful renovation that originated from the remains of an ancient building that was lost about two centuries ago. The owners' commitment and passion have given life to a new building equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your holiday in Tuscany an unforgettable one. Villa Il Palazzone (110 sqm) develops on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 6 + 1 people.

The exterior of the villa is spacious and well-kept, it is completely fenced and has a covered car park. It also has a barbecue and a wood-burning oven and is complete with an outdoor dining table and pergola.

Villa Il Palazzone presents interiors which have been furnished with care, in the name of the classic Tuscan style with terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams but at the same time with an eye to modern and functional details.

On the ground floor there are two entrances: the first one gives you access to the beautiful living room with sofas, fireplace and Sat TV. The second one takes you directly into the dining room and into the fully equipped kitchen. From the dining room you will also have easy access to the outdoor barbecue and wood-burning oven and to the laundry. The living room and the kitchen are also connected internally.

Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

From the living room a comfortable staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find two other bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, convertible into a double bed if necessary. Completing the first floor is a bathroom with shower.

Pets are allowed with surcharge. Free wifi. High chair and baby bed on request. Heating upon consumption. Window screens in the bedrooms. Safe.
