The bright and inviting living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, where you can snuggle with loved ones and watch your favourite show on the flat-screen TV. Also, the sofa converts into a comfy double bed.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances, including Nespresso Machine, cafetière, percolator, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, cooking basics, and silverware.

There are two dining areas—one located in the living room and one in the kitchen—each suitable for up 4 guests.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The master bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed which promises an excellent night's sleep.
The second bedroom is complete with two single beds and storage space.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Enjoy a cocktail with your dearest ones on the sunny balcony. Outdoor furniture is available.

Keep the property clean and tidy.
Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
