Spacious and central apartment in Karlsruhe

We - that's Daniel & Clara - are leaving the country for six months and are looking for reliable temporary tenants for our fully furnished apartment. We only moved into the apartment in January, so all the walls have been freshly painted and the apartment has been lovingly furnished - you'll love it here! We are flying on August 2nd and will be back on January 29th, so we still need to discuss exact move-in and move-out dates. As we have no experience with the heating and electricity costs so far, this unknown sum will be added to the 1230€. Depending on the agreement, we would then share the costs with you or agree on a flat rate.

APARTMENT: The apartment is 105 m² in size and consists of a living room, dining room with bay window and open kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and balcony. We have set up two work areas in each of the living room and bedroom, so that a home office is easily possible. The layout of the apartment is perfect for a couple or a two-person shared flat, although a temporary bed would have to be set up in the current living room for the latter. The apartment is fully equipped, as can be seen in the pictures, with a fully functional kitchen including dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom. However, some of the cupboards will remain occupied by us and will therefore not be available for use. However, individual arrangements are possible here.

LOCATION: The apartment is centrally located near Europaplatz. There are several supermarkets, including Rewe, Alnatura, and Lidl, within walking distance and good connections to buses and streetcars. Karlsruhe Castle can be reached by bike in 5 minutes, the main train station in less than 10. There are numerous bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity to enjoy life :)
