A furnished and bright two-room apartment on the third floor with windows and a balcony facing east is available for rent. In the kitchen there is a seating area with a small dining table, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The living room is equipped with a couch and a television. In the bedroom there is a closet and a height-adjustable desk with an orthopedic office chair next to the bed. The shower room is a typical Hamburg wet room in a tube shape. In the hallway there is a shoe rack next to a coat rack.

The rent includes the additional costs as a flat rate, water, broadcasting fees, internet connection, green electricity and household insurance. The deposit must be received before the keys are handed over.

Pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking household.

Visits at short notice are possible by arrangement.
