We have a room available now in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment. Rent is $990 and utilities end up being around $100 each.
The apartment is a bit small, but it's a great price considering its location: Google maps shows 4 min to Trader Joe's, 11 to Andronico's, 15 to VLSB and 9 to Downtown Berkeley BART.
The room will be unfurnished. The house also has a living room and kitchen, which are fully stocked, as well as a pantry and storage closet.
The current roommates are a physics graduate student and an energy trader who spends half his time in Arizona. We are generally quiet, respectful and clean and expect you to be similar. Students preferred but all are welcome.
