Check out time is at 10am if our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment. The guests would need to pay for additional time compensation for cleaner, administration, postponing other apartments cleaning and inconvinience for the next guests who are checking in same day. Every hour additional not checking out would cost £50 after 10am.By asking us to come and open the door for any reason such as forgetting keys inside apartment and not being able to use appropriately key would cost £200 in respect of our time and resources.
