The home is on the ground floor of a villa with a separate entrance and free parking on the street just outside the house. The bathroom and kitchen are brand new from Dec 2023. The house is located in Furulund in a quiet and nice residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. You have the forest right in front of you and a 5-minute bike ride to the swimming area K-sjön. We are looking for a child-free family as a tenant.
