It is a very comfortable place to live, because of a huge variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Only 8 minutes on foot from shopping center and the favorite students’ area of the city - Ciudad Jardín. It is full of pubs, places to go out, tapas bars. The flat is close not only to Filosofia Faculty, but also it is ideal place for students who study in the Faculties like Medicine or Loyola University which is only 6 min on foot.

The bills are 55 € ALWAYS IF THE USAGE IS RESPONSIBLE.
