The cozy bedroom is an ideal place to rest and unwind. It boasts a comfortable bed and ample storage space for personal belongings. This inviting space is perfect for those seeking a shared living arrangement where they can enjoy the amenities and camaraderie of communal living.
Located in Graça, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the metro ( Martim Moniz – green line). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 13 bedrooms and 4 bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a washing machine. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.
How does our Reservation Process work:
Once you've booked your room, you'll receive an email from our team confirming your reservation. This email will include detailed instructions on the next steps. Shortly after, you'll receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to finalize your contract. Once the documents are submitted and the contract is signed, your reservation process moves forward. Prior to the start of your reservation, you'll be invited to make the final payment for the last month's rent, deposit and entry fee (when aplicable). This ensures everything is in place for your upcoming stay.
Check-In Details: Our check-in times are From Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that we do not conduct check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
