Located in beautiful Lisbon, our property offers both a superb location and a wonderful stay. Avenida Subway Station is nearby, providing great transport links. Local attractions include Av. Liberade shopping mall. Our studio apartment consists of 1 bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The property sleeps up to 2 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV, AC & WiFi are provided.
Positioned in the heart of Lisbon, in vibrant Rua do Salitre, this beautiful studio apartment is close to local amenities such as Rafiq Supermarket, located a mere 2-minute walk from the property. In addition, the flat is close to transport links such as Av. da Liberdade bus station which is a 3-minute walk away.
The property is also within walking distance of various shops, cafes and restaurants.

LIVING ROOM:
A spacious and elegant living room welcomes you to relax on a comfortable sofa in front of a nice TV. With an abundance of space, and an ultra modern design - we are confident that you will enjoy relaxing and unwinding inside the environment provided within this lovely living space.
The sofa also converts into a double sofa bed.
BATHROOM:
You will enjoy the modern and stylish bathroom with shower unit, providing everything you might need for your comfort. You will also find a hairdryer for your convenience.
KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and very functional. There is a coffee maker, a microwave, toaster, oven, and of course the necessary amount of dishes and cutlery.
The dining area is designed to accommodate 2 people.

• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10PM, Please note that property keys should be collected from our reception desk located on Rua da Boavista 78, 1200-085 Lisbon.
A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets.
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check-out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected.
- Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbours in the building.
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
