Apartment Passerini is situated on the ground floor of a building that has been recently renovated and it is characterized by a big fully paved private garden of 25 square meters where you can relax yet sipping a good glass of wine or enjoying your al fresco dinings. Table, chairs and umbrella at your disposal.
The apartment of 45 square meters consists of a comfortable living room with sofa (if necessary convertible into a double sleeping sofa), dining table and Tv Sat. From the living room three steps lead you to the fully equipped kitchen provided with a small loft where you can relax yourself. From the kitchen and the living room two large windows lead you directly to the external garden.
The Apartment has a double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.
