The apartment of about 40 square meters is located on the fifth and top floor and is equipped with air conditioning.It has been recently renovated and furnished and is characterized by beautiful exposed wooden beams.Entering you access the living area with open kitchen, complete with small refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, induction stove and table that can accommodate up to 3 people.Then we find a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and a television corner.Continuing we have the sleeping area, with a double bedroom and wardrobes.The bathroom has a large shower cubicle and the relative sanitary fixtures while in the anteroom there is a laundry area.
