Comfortable furnished studio with equipped kitchenette, large living room with sofa bed, tv (fire tv access) and WiFi dining table. Enclosed bathroom with bathtub/shower. Anteroom with laundry corner.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building. View with balcony on internal courtyard.
Rents are assessed for short/medium term periods. Immediately available.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from Lodi train station, from which you can reach Milan in 25 minutes by high speed train.
Monthly rates:
• 700,00€ for monthly rent
• 100,00€ for building fees
• 150,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
Total of monthly cost: 950,00€
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 700€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning
Linen is not included.
