Situato al quarto e penultimo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Affaccio sulla via privata e sulla chiostrina interna. È composto da una spaziosa cucina abitabile, un grande bagno con vasca ed un bagno con doccia, 3 suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza ed una stanza singola con letto da una piazza. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori.

Per il II semestre il periodo MINIMO di locazione è dal 1° Marzo al 31 Luglio; se disponibile è possibile aggiungere gennaio e febbraio oltre che agosto
- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
Zona Aurelio, posizione strategica e ricercata a meno di 100 metri dalla metro A, a 20 minuti di autobus dall'Università Cattolica e dalla LUMSA. Affittiamo una camera singola Stanza Semplice che è stata appositamente rinnovata per offrire comfort e convenienza ai nostri studenti. La camera, di 9mq, è dotata di un letto singolo con due cassetti, un armadio a 2+2 ante, specchio, scrivania, libreria e scarpiera.
L'affaccio della finestra è sulla chiostrina interna.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buonumore e aiutano nello studio.

Located on the fourth and penultimate floor, very bright and spacious. Overlooking the private road and the internal cloister. It consists of a spacious eat-in kitchen, a large bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower, 3 single suites with a queen-size bed and a single room with a queen-size bed. The apartment has been excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI (Fibre), washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all accessories.

For the second semester the MINIMUM rental period is from March 1st to July 31st; if available, it is possible to add january and february and August
- Tenants: The house is composed of students or young workers 20-28 years old. There is a tendency to maintain an equal split between male and female tenants.
Zona Aurelio, strategic and sought-after location less than 100 meters from metro A, 20 minutes by bus from the Catholic University and LUMSA. We rent a single room Stanza Semplice which has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The 9sqm room is equipped with a single bed with two drawers, a wardrobe with 2+2 doors, a mirror, a desk, a bookcase and a shoe rack.
The window overlooks the internal cloister.

ANNUALE: dal 1° settembre al 31 agosto.
Per periodi più brevi si applica il seguente supplemento:

- 50€ per 11 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 31 luglio
- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
