Ampio, confortevole e luminoso appartamento nel quartiere Tuscolano, a poca distanza dalla zona di San Giovanni. L'appartamento si trova a 450 metri dalla stazione metropolitana Furio Camillo (linea A), il centro storico e tutti i luoghi di interesse sono raggiungibili in poche fermate. L'appartamento, di circa 145mq ed è composto da 4 camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno, balconi e cucina e si trova al sesto piano con ascensore. Il quartiere Tuscolano si trova a sud est di Roma, a ridosso delle Mura Aureliane e prende il nome dalla via Tuscolana, l'antica via medievale che da Porta San Giovanni a Roma arrivava fino ai castelli Romani, a Tuscolo (quella che poi oggi è Frascati). Oggi la via Tuscolana, che ha un percorso parallelo alla via Appia, parte da Piazza Sulmona per arrivare alla località di Macere (Artena).
Questa zona, che vede la presenza di tanti diversi stili architettonici, è delimitata dal Parco degli Acquedotti, una vera oasi verde nonché preziosa testimonianza del patrimonio storico-archeologico di Roma. Il quartiere Tuscolano è altresì rinomato per i famosi studi cinematografici di Cinecittà, il più importante centro di produzione dell'industria cinematografica italiana, e per il centro commerciale Cinecittà Due, il primo costruito a Roma. La zona si presenta ricca di negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e bar; la Via Appia può essere considerata, dopo le strade chic del centro storico, una delle più importanti vie per lo shopping a Roma. Da non perdere il nuovo centro commerciale "Happio" in Via Appia 448, con oltre 30 negozi e ristoranti (aperto tutti i giorni, dalle 09.00 alle 21.00, ristoranti 10.00 -24.00, 7 giorni su 7).

Entrando in casa si è accolti da un disimpegno arredato con una libreria ed un ampio corridoio diviso da una porta a vetro. A destra del corridoio si trovano la cucina, il secondo bagno e la camera da letto matrimoniale con il bagno en-suite. Sul lato sinistro del corridoio ci sono le altre due camere da letto e il soggiorno. In fondo al corridoio è situato inoltre un comodo ripostiglio.

The Tuscolano neighbourhoos is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls and takes its name from the Via Tuscolana, the ancient medieval road that ran from Porta San Giovanni in Rome to the Roman castles in Tusculum (what is then today Frascati). Today the via Tuscolana, which runs parallel to the via Appia, starts from Piazza Sulmona and reaches the locality of Macere (Artena).
