The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. There is an underground parking space in the basement.

Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and Flensburg's attractive city center can be reached in just a few minutes by bus, car or bike.

Whether cycling, running or walking tours in the neighboring forest areas, water sports or relaxing moments on the 600m long sandy beach, which you can reach in the morning with a hot coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine in a few minutes.
