The apartment is about 250 meters from the subway station Norderstedt-Mitte with various public bus connections, thus about 30 minutes to Hamburg city center without changing (line U1).

Just appr. 20minutes to Hamburg Airport, either with own car or with public train/bus.

The town hall, various shopping facilities (including Edeka, Rewe, Aldi) as well as restaurants, hairdressers, bakers, banks are also within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, an elevator is available.

Also a fixed parking space for the car in the underground garage. The underground garage is equipped with a lockable, electric roller door.
