Small but nice, very bright and furnished condominium on the outskirts of Magdeburg. The town of Barleben (10 minutes from Magdeburg city centre) is known for its excellent transport links to the A2 & A14.

With a size of 37 sqm and an open, light-flooded room, the flat offers a cosy and inviting flair.

It is equipped with a Smart TV with all accesses for Netflix and Co. The large living area with additional sleeping function (1.40 m) offers enough space and comfort for cosy hours. The living room also has a modern, comfortable foldaway bed with an Emma One mattress. When folded up, it can be used as a desk. This means that nothing stands in the way of working from home. WLAN is of course available and can be used free of charge.

Blackout curtains offer protection from the sun and darken the room if required.

The bathroom has a shower, a bathroom block for storing cosmetics and a washing machine. Towels can be dried on the towel rail. The mirror above the washbasin has separate lighting with a bright light colour.

The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and can be supplemented with items that our guests would like on request. Simply get in touch with us if required.

The standard equipment includes an initial supply of spices, coffee, filter papers and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a cooker with oven and ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer. It also has a counter with 2 chairs.
