The apartment is 24 sqm large and modern furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided.
We provide free WiFi.

A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 48,00 per week.

City-Tax: since 01.12.2014 the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have been obliged by the city of Cologne to collect this tax from our guests with a private stay.

In addition, the apartment is located close to the Rhine, where you have many opportunities to spend your free time.
