Tram stop "Louisenstraße" 1 minute around the corner. ICE / S-Bahn station "Dresden-Neustadt" 10 minutes on foot. It is a 15-minute walk through the beautiful baroque district to the old town or 5 minutes ride by tram. And from the sunny balcony you have a wonderful view of the Neustadt.
The apartment is in a beautiful old building, built around 1900: high ceilings, parquet, ... The house was completely renovated in 1998. The apartment faces south and is therefore beautifully bright and flooded with light. The balcony is also sunny all day. You have a great view of Louisenstrasse. The entire Neustadt is a Wilhelminian style district and has kept its charm.
