The 68m² flat with 3 rooms and a small balcony is perfect for 4 people. Free parking is 150m from the house.

In bedroom 1 you sleep in a comfortable 180x200cm box spring bed. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a comfortable day bed which measures 180x200cm when pulled out.

The flat has been furnished in great style and has a smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave as well as a washing machine and everything you need.

The completely new bathroom is equipped with a glass shower and rain and massage shower. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.

The living area invites you to relax with the comfortable couch to end the evening comfortably with tapas & wine in Mallorcan flair and start the day fresh in the morning with a Nespresso coffee.

The flat is located on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the flat is via a key box.
