The family apartment provides a tranquil retreat, it is perfect for a small family staying in Berlin.

The Family Apartment has two bedrooms instead of one, features an entrance, modern bathroom and a small kitchenette that is equipped with a fridge, and the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The first bedroom is the bigger and offers the same level of coziness that is usually only found at home. It is equipped with one double bed or two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, a larger corner desk with chair, armchair and a TV, which offers full flexibility to the preferences and needs of the tenant. The second bedroom is equipped with one single bed, beside table and cupboards which make tenants having more storage space. The balcony will make all the difference in your stay.

The high-quality wooden furniture creates a cozy and pleasantly homely atmosphere. The apartment has a modern heating system that is embedded in the floor and free and high-quality wireless internet.
Finally, the apartment has very wide windows that allow the sun to come in. This gives the apartment a bright and very spacious atmosphere. Of course, the apartments are equipped with high quality black out curtains in case you wish to have some privacy.
In the basement there is a laundry room that can be used jointly. Additional services such as room cleaning, or laundry service could be booked for an additional charge.

The apartments are ideal for commuters, fitters and (foreign) students. It is ideal for a small family who wants to enjoy short term or long-term living space. The deposit is
considered as of one month rent.
We have a minimum rental period of 3 months. Our rental price includes Wi-Fi, bike racks, waste separation and a secure door lock system. The images given are examples of the apartment category to be booked and may differ from the apartment booked.
Check in is possible and free of charge during the working days from 13:00 to 17:00 and check-out should be completed by 11:00 of the check out day.

immediate vicinity there is also the Charlottenburg Palace with an extensive park for sports enthusiasts and nature fans, supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe), various restaurants, a wide selection of specialist and general practitioners, playgrounds etc. The Technical University, ESCP Business School - Berlin Campus, the Central Station, Tegel Airport, Messe Berlin, the Kurfürstendamm and many other sights can be reached by public transport in a short time. In Osnabrücker Straße you will also find many free parking spaces, as well as a charging station for electric cars on the other side of the road.
