The room is very bright and has large windows. It comes furnished with a single bed, a working desk, a desk chair and a lamp, a wardrobe and bed side table. We also added a carpet. The room is made out for two person.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a nice building. The apartment has its own Bathroom and nice kitchen. There is also a common space when u enter the apartment. The whole apartment has three rooms in total. The building is privilaged with elevator. 5 minute away from public transports. We have two major supermarkets less than 10 minutes away and free parking in the street.
Flatshare Type
The apartment is fully furnished with washing Machine, oven and Refrigerator. Everybody obviously has to be part of keeping the things and the apartment nice and clean. Cooking together and hanging out together seems to a no brainer here, if you are looking for it.

The area is extraordinarily safe.
The whole buildung belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group if you'd like.

Registration in Berlin is no problem with the contract given by us.
