Bright and furnished room in a 4-bed shared flat in a top Charlottenburg location, directly at Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and close to the Wilmersdorfer Straße shopping mile.
The shared flat is on the 2nd floor. The room has a desk with chair, a space-saving folding bed and a wardrobe with a lockable day safe.
Internet and weekly cleaning of the common areas are included in the rent.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee).
The deposit is three months' rent.
In the course of the year, construction work will begin in the inner courtyard, which will be carried out within the legally prescribed regular working hours from Mondays to Saturdays.
Check-in only takes place from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
Registration is possible.
Liability insurance is required for your stay and must be presented to us within 15 days of the check-in date. If you do not yet have liability insurance, we recommend WELST Assekuranz Consulting.

As soon as the booking is confirmed and all documents have been received, we will send you a rental contract by e-mail, which you must sign digitally and return within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit must be paid immediately after signing the contract. Please ensure that you transfer the money in good time. To ensure that you can move into your new home on time, the money must be in our account BEFORE the move-in date. You will NOT be able to move in without this payment. A bank transfer confirmation is not sufficient.

Helles und möbliertes Zimmer in 4-er WG in top Charlottenburger Lage, direkt am S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg und nähe der Einkaufsmeile Wilmersdorfer Straße.
Die WG befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein platzsparendes Klappbett sowie einen Schrank, in dem sich ein abschließbarer Tagestresor befindet.
Internet und eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Allgemeinflächen sind im Mietpreis inklusive.
Die Mindestmietzeit beträgt 6 Monate.
Der monatliche Mietpreis ist all-inclusive (Miete + Heizung + Wasser + Internet + GEZ-Gebühr).
Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Im Laufe des Jahres werden auf dem Innenhof Bauarbeiten beginnen, die innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Regelarbeitszeit von montags bis samstags verrichtet werden.
Der Check-in erfolgt nur montags bis freitags in der Zeit von 07:00 bis 15:00 Uhr.
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
Für Ihren Aufenthalt ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung erforderlich, die uns innerhalb von 15 Tagen ab Einzugsdatum vorgelegt werden muss. Sollten Sie noch keine Haftpflichtversicherung haben, empfehlen wir die WELST Assekuranz Consulting.

Sobald die Buchung bestätigt ist und alle Dokumente eingegangen sind, senden wir Ihnen einen Mietvertrag per E-Mail, den Sie digital unterschreiben und innerhalb von 48 Stunden zurücksenden müssen.
