we offer our dreamy, fully equipped 2-room apartment in a quiet courtyard location on Müllerstrasse in Glockenbach for subletting. It’s available for a period of one year starting from mid/late January.
The apartment is fully furnished (including dishwasher and washing machine) and can be taken over without much effort.
The location of the apartment on Müllerstrasse at Sendlinger Tor is excellent and within walking distance to all daily necessities. Several supermarkets (including Basic, REWE, Edeka) can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
Moreover, it’s just a maximum of 10 minutes to the Isar River, and also a quick walk to Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt. Furthermore, the Glockenbachviertel with Gärtnerplatz is dotted with many small cafes, restaurants, and bars.
In terms of infrastructure, from the public transport hub Sendlinger Tor, it’s just one stop to Munich Central Station and Marienplatz.
Important: The apartment is being sublet for a fixed period of one year until the end of January/February 2025.
