The granny apartment is located SW in the basement and has a separate entrance. Next to the spacious kitchen is the living, dining, sleeping area. It is a new building from 2020 and the apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
The double bed is 140 x 200 cm and the dining table, with two chairs, (which also serves as a work surface) is about 80 x 160cm.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
30m as the crow flies from the entrance stairs you can see a 4 country view of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein. The place is surrounded by vines and fruit trees.
The nearest bus stop is 1km, train station 1.8km, Rewe supermarket 1.7km, Lake Constance 2.4km, bakery car 1km, highway access A96 4.8km, Austria 7.5km, Switzerland 20km, Lichtenstein 25km, ski resorts 50km (Bregenzerwald), South Tyrol 260km and Italy (Lake Como) 300km, etc.
Preferably we are looking for commuters or vacationers who use our apartment as a second home (springboard) in our vacation region.
