This apartment is a studio designed for three people on the 5th floor with a lift - just 2 minutes' walk from the Postgalerie/Europaplatz, Ludwigsplatz and from numerous shops and restaurants, you can enjoy the city center to the fullest --> Living the heart of the city.

The apartment is equipped with a 90m x 200m bed and a 140x 200m bed, desk including chair, closet with hangers, small chest of drawers and a TV. A fan is also available for warm summer days - if you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels or similar, we can provide them for you at short notice.

Cleaning takes place weekly and is included in the price.

The terrace on the 5th floor is publicly accessible to all residents and you are welcome to use it --> the perfect way to end the evening.

The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay, it should be mentioned that there is no oven.
Salt, pepper, oil, herbs etc. are already available.

Hair dryer, towels, bath towels, shampoo and warm underfloor heating in winter complete the offer. Cooking, showering, sleeping and feeling at home is our claim!

If you want to clean your laundry, there is a laundry room on the 1st floor where you can wash your laundry in peace for a small fee.
