Hi, I'm Pierre !

I'm a newly renovated residence with a contemporary style, and very bright thanks to my many bay windows.

Only a few minutes away from the Ivry city center, I am close to all convenience stores and close to all public transportation (métro 7, RER C, bus, tramway, bike stations...). It takes no more than 20 minutes to reach the sublime 5th arrondissement of Paris, the Jardin des Plantes, the Cité Universitaire, the Gare d'Austerlitz, the Hospital Pitié-Salpétrière, Station F or the new district of Paris Rive Gauche....

I'm quite big : 350 m2, enough to accommodate the busy and exciting lives of 17 happy roommates. My plan for pleasing you? Living room with television, kitchen, dining room, laundry but also a large garden just for you! All in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

And because you can share a rent but not your intimacy, I offer to each person their own night private space with private or shared bathroom as a choice.
