Roomless is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

The studiot is equipped with a furnished kitchen, with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee machine, cutlery and all other basic equipment.
In the living/dining room, you will find a table, a desk, and a TV corner. Of course, the usual furniture (sofa, cabinets,...) are also in there, as wel as an internet connection and telephone. The use of internet is included in the rent.
Towels are also provided for. The toilet is a separate room. Furthermore, you will find some basic cleaning equipment in the apartment.
Optional services:
- Garage: € 90/month
- Laundry (change of bedsheets and towels): € 15 pp
- Cleaning (cleaning the whole apartment): € 55 - € 75
- Window cleaning: € 15
- Extra Bed: € 125/month
Electricity will be charged according to use ( +/- € 40/month). The apartments and studios are heated with a central gas installation connected to solar boilers.
We charge a fix amount for this, depending on the season.
December - February: 95€/month
March - May: 60€/month
June - August: 40€/month
September - November: 60€/month

Deposit is 2 months of rent.
