High End Flat 160 m2- subletting 25 m2 Room including use of other space (living room, kitchen, bath etc...)
Looking for a professional with a caring hand for a Jugendstil flat. The flat has more than 160 m2 is fully equipped and there is also a cleaner. I am working a lot and want somebody I can trust and who takes care of the furniture. Pets are not allowed and smoking is only possible in the garden downstairs. Rent is 980 Minimum stay is 3 Months and would be happy to find a cool flat mate on a long- term basis.
