We are renting out our beloved apartment in a prime location while we move to Berlin for a few months on business. The apartment is fully furnished and consists of three rooms (bedroom, office/guest room, living room) an open kitchen and two bathrooms (one of them with bathtub/ shower). In addition, the apartment has a nice balcony, which is also furnished and has sun protection. The apartment is located on the second floor, which is also accessible via an elevator and is perfectly situated in a quiet side street, close to Leipziger Straße.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes all necessary appliances, such as a fridge with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine. The apartment has one bed and 2 sofa beds.

We would be happy if potential temporary tenants would also take care of some of our plants, but if this is not desired, we will also take them with us.

We would be happy to coordinate the exact dates for moving in and out. We are currently planning to rent the apartment from March 17 to August 17.
